Josh Lupresto

Josh leads a growing team of 15 pre-sales engineers & multiple project managers who are responsible for being the foremost technical experts in their respective areas. Josh and his team help architect and design solutions such as AI, cloud, advanced networking, customer experience, security, along with helping technology advisors ask the right questions to help their customers make technology transformations. Under his leadership, the broader team has led the industry and attained 500+ technical certifications. Josh himself holds multiple certifications, including CISSP, and is an active member of the FBI InfraGard, where he serves as a liaison between to the public and private sectors to strengthen national security.

Josh was born and raised in South Bend, IN, where he started his professional career in the automotive industry. After relocating to Utah, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Engineering Technology and transitioned to a systems engineering role at Telecom Recovery. There, he gained expertise in open-source technology, telephony, and hardware procurement, while also learning from key mentors in managing a development and production AWS environment. Throughout this experience, Josh developed a strong passion for working with end customers.
