As a seasoned Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Strategy leader with over twenty years of experience, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise in executive leadership, financial management, mergers; acquisitions (M&A), and corporate development. With a diverse range of industries, he has demonstrated a proven ability to drive organizational growth, navigate complex transactions, and establish robust governance frameworks. Prior to joining Perdigon Group, Kevin held senior finance leadership roles in M&A advisory, tax compliance, and CFO advisory services. These experiences allowed him to guide numerous organizations through strategic transformations, financial optimization, and critical growth phases. Kevin holds an MBA and several certifications including Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA), Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), and Legal Mergers & Acquisitions (LM&A).
