No. Webex Free requires no payment information. Sign up directly at webex.com. When you’re ready to upgrade to a paid plan through Perdigon, your Perdigon account team will set up licensing and billing.
Webex Meet is a pure meetings and collaboration platform. Webex Suite adds Webex Calling — real PSTN phone numbers, voicemail, auto-attendant, call queues, and the ability to call any phone number. Suite is best for organizations replacing or augmenting their business phone system. Suite includes 1 DID per user, unlimited inbound calling, and 500 outbound minutes pooled per organization.
Each user requires individual Control Hub configuration — license assignment, calendar integration (Google or M365), calling policy setup, voicemail PIN, device pairing, and a verification test call. Because Webex Control Hub handles many settings at the per-user level, configuration cannot be fully batched. The $200/user fee reflects actual per-user engineering time. Turnaround is 1–3 business days after your kickoff call.
The deployment setup fee is collected at checkout via Stripe. Your annual Webex license ($169.71/user/yr for Meet or $270/user/yr for Suite) is billed separately through Perdigon as a Cisco partner. Your account team will send a license invoice before or at deployment kickoff. You can pay by ACH, check, or card.
